Welcome To Duchy Collective CIC
We bring people together through movement, nature and shared experiences, creating inclusive opportunities for individuals to feel supported, valued and connected. Rooted in Cornwall’s landscapes and communities, our work helps people build resilience, confidence and a sense of belonging, especially those who may otherwise feel isolated or overlooked.

At the heart of Duchy Collective is a simple belief:
wellbeing thrives when people feel connected — to themselves, to others and to the natural world around them.

Who We Support
Our work focuses on individuals and communities who face barriers to wellbeing and social connection in Cornwall including:

-
People experiencing loneliness, isolation or social disconnection
-
Individuals living with stress, anxiety or depression
-
Those in rural and remote communities with limited access to services
-
Older people seeking connection, confidence and gentle activity
-
Young people looking for purpose, structure and support
-
People who want to live independently, actively and with confidence

By removing barrier to participation and offering welcoming, accessible activities, we help people feel part of something positive and supportive.

What our community say
"I've received enthusiastic and warm feedback from those attending [fun fitness], saying it is fun and doing them good. One lady said it is changing her life for the better"
Village Hall Committee Member
"Marie is a calm and welcoming instructor who gently encourages everyone to do what they can ... we have a good laugh and it's an opportunity to get out and meet new people which helps your mental health too"
Susan (Budock Attendee)
"I recently enjoyed a guided woodland walk with Laura and Marie. Both ladies were welcoming and friendly, and they looked after us well throughout the walk ... I came away from the walk cheerful and relaxed, which is a gift at this tense time in the world"
